The hotel is located directly 100m from the beach with just one crossing access to the beach. Perfect location. Great help from staff when we left the bag in the room it was immediately located and sent by forwarder to our next hotel in Seoul , arriving next working day. Perfect help. This was the reason I gave 10/10 rate as it covered all minuses the hotel unfortunately had.

Our family of five recently stayed at Suncloud Hotel in Busan, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us. It was well-maintained and perfectly suited for families traveling with children. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Haeundae Beach, one of the best beaches in Korea. We loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning and relax in a peaceful environment in the evening. Considering the location and the quality of the room, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Suncloud Hotel for families looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Busan.

Awesome location, beach front view, cleanliness, room is big enough for our family of 4, easy access for public transport, soundproof room, and easy check-in/check-out process. I love that they clean our room, give us fresh towels and bottled water daily!

Our unit was spacious, modern, and had a wonderful view. The bathroom had a separated toilet and shower. The hotel was tricky to find requiring going up one elevator and switching to another. But the location couldn't be beat. My favorite hotel of my two week, five city Korea trip.

Good location. Close to the beach, market, shops. Free parking is available in the hotel. Stay the same room that we booked. Nice view from the hotel room to the beach. The building is sharing with another hotel. Once you are figured it out how to walk. Everything is easy. Go to 4th floor, change to another lift to 6th floor and you will see the hotel reception. If you look for a closer distance to the beach, this hotel can be considered.

The location is fantastic, although it is quite confusing at first trying to navigate where to go, as this hotel is combined with the sea cloud hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful views of Haeundae beach, the bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable, but it was alright.

Good location. We loved the hotel’s location! It was super convenient to walk to everything u want to see, to eat, relax. The beach is just 5mins walk opposite. Nice beachfront

The room was way bigger than the expectations. The bathroom was also quite big. The view of the beach from the window was like a cherry on the top.
